Read John 10:1-21

1. What was your big “take-away” from this passage / message?
   

2. The Bible says we are sheep. In what ways are we like sheep? (Bonus points for citing the appropriate Bible verses!)
   

3. Tell of a time you knew you heard the voice of the Shepherd. What did He say? How did He speak? How did you know it was Jesus (and not just your own imagination)?
   

4. How would you respond to a friend, whom you believe is born again, who says, “I don't think Jesus has ever spoken to me.”
   

5. Why did Jesus emphasize (5x!) that He was “laying down His life”? Why do you think that was the focal point of His Shepherd metaphor here?
