This year’s summer trip will look a little different, but God will get no less glory! After working the evenings at Harvest’s VBS, we are heading to Appalachian West Virginia for a long weekend of work with a very unique ministry. New Vision Renewable Energy was spawned from poor folks who refused to wait for the government to bail them out because that’s not God’s model. Through local churches they are empowering their community through sustainable farming, solar energy, and even providing light to the impoverished in Africa. We will be working with New Vision for the weekend, worshiping with them, and growing as a group.

With the Christmas season quickly approaching- it can be hard to time to shop without your children.
Saturday, December 7th from 10am-4pm, we will have open child card at Harvest. Harvest Kids director Mandy is partnering with Arrow Youth to provide a day for you to get some shopping done, run some errands, or even just go out for a nice lunch! The Youth Group will be there to help watch the kids, with fun games, crafts, and Christmas themed activities to entertain them all day long!
We will be getting Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets for lunch. If your child has a dietary restriction, please provide a packed lunch and note it in the registration form below.
You are free to come or go at any time during the event. If you only need morning care, or only afternoon care, no problem at all, just let us know!
When you return, some of the Arrow Students will be standing by to wrap your gifts! One more thing to cross off your holiday to-do list!
All of this will be provided for a donation of your choice. Your donation will go toward Abbey and Alexa Puckett’s upcoming mission trip to Costa Rica.
This evening benefits the student ministry to support their upcoming summer retreat. Please download and print or grab several fliers at the church building to support the students. The flyer is required to be presented in order for the students to benefit from this generous fund raising event sponsored by our friends at Chick-fil-A across the street from our building.
