This year Arrow will be doing our summer mission trip in Blue Knob, PA with TEAMeffort.  Cost will be $400 per student.  This will be a week of hard work, serious worship, and the kind of fun that you don't see often this side of heaven.  

Aside from the cost, a major change this year is the timing of when we need commitments and deposits.  TEAMeffort requires a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $89 to be sent in by the end of March.  Arrow registration forms with some additional details are in the Arrow Shared Drive.  

We need commitments, the $89 deposits, and the registration forms by 3/26!  (Yes, that seems crazy early, but it's not our rules!)  If you want to use fundraiser money to pay for the deposit, let us know.  There will be another form for TEAMeffort later (and it needs to be notarized - how annoying is that?!).

• 3/26  -  $89 deposit and registration form
• 4/22  -  Summer Trip Parents meeting before Arrow @ 5:30 @ Covenant
• May  -  Carwash Fundraiser (Wexford) TBD
• 6/7    -  Balance of trip cost is due
• 7/9    -  Leave for Blue Knob after church
• 7/15  -  Return from Blue Knob before lunch
