Get into the Christmas spirit!

Maybe someone has said that to you recently or you’ve said it to someone else. But what does that mean? Does this mean that you should be expected to blast Jingle Bell Rock on the way to work, watch all of the old claymation movies, or go above and beyond to decorate your house with the best light display in the neighborhood? Is that really the Christmas spirit?

OR does it mean something much deeper than that? Maybe it’s getting to the heart of what Christmas is actually about: Christ and Christ alone. This Christmas season, let us take our eyes off the physical gifts under our trees and turn to the many blessings that our Lord and Savior has to offer.
