Joni & Friends is an organization who’s mission is to communicate the Gospel and equip Christ-honoring Churches worldwide to evangelize and disciple people affected by disabilities.
The Four Things They Do:
Evangelize people affected by disabilities and their families
Train, disciple, and mentor people affected by disabilities
Multiply disability effective churches
Promote a biblical worldview on disability through education and policy
Representatives from Joni & Friends will be at Harvest on Friday, August 28th to host a luncheon for churches in the area for the purpose of “Equipping churches to share the hope of Christ with families affected by disability.” If you or someone you know is involved in church ministry, this event will provide information about how to do more for disabled communities in your church and how partnering with Joni & Friends can equip you to do so.
